Over the past 20 years Sabien has been working in and with different organisations in Belgium, and together with her colleagues, has been deepening the practise and strengthening it with feedback from both workers and families/networks. Sabien has been developing an intervision tool to use together with everyone in 360° partnership (professionals and natural networks) to keep on building towards real change with everyone and respecting everyone’s position in this, in collaboration with Pale Blue (Family Seeing Kevin Campbell and Elizabeth Wendell). Mike has a passion and a deep understanding about how we can measure real impact and incorporate what works in our daily work and into organisations. Mike has been working with social service organisations around QA and measuring impacts for over 20 years (including in Canada, England, Belgium, USA, Australia, Scotland, Sweden, and Japan).  Mike is the previous Director of Research in Elia International (Signs of Safety), a registered social worker, and a student of Compassionate Inquiry (an approach for understanding and recovering from trauma developed by Drs Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur).
