The tree is a process to help us connect with who we are, why we are here, how we need to be experienced, and how we can grow together toward our shared purposes.
The 360° of Partnership helps keep the child at the centre of everything everyone is doing in order to keep the child connected, resilient and safe. The parents, the natural connected network, the professionals and everyone is working together towards a shared goal. Using their time and position wisely with respect for each other.
The Clover is a way for everybody to really SEE and notice the child and help to improve their overall health and wellbeing in all the domains of impact - physical, emotional, intellectual and meaning (spiritual). Since communication involves only 10% of words, the clover helps the adults around the child to see the child’s overall health and work together to improve it, without the necessity for the child to speak with them about how they are doing. It puts the responsibility and accountability with the adults and honours the child in the loyalty they feel for the adults in their life.
The Wings teach us how to fly, a bird needs two wings equal in size and strength to fly. As professionals we are balancing our wings the whole time. One wing is the authority that comes with our job. The other wing is the compassion and empathy that comes with walking along side families. As a leader we balance the two wings of “directing” and “supporting”.
The Resiliency Calendar is a simple tool for weekly, monthly and yearly calendaring in which the natural connected network can plan to take action together according the elements of resilience and protective factors. It is helpful to support the network to move to action and take accountability according to the time they will and are able to spend in support of the family.

The Circles of Alignment helps all align who we are, why we are here, and how we are meant to be experienced with what we do. Alignment leads to authenticity, fulfilment, and greater impact.
In honour of the teachings of Simon Sinek and James Cook.
Honouring the process in the direction of a shared responsibility, we move towards more and more accountability of the natural connected network around the child. Celebrating and supporting key-moments in the life of the child, building upon seasonally traditions and belonging, and sparkling all the glimmers. The timeline helps to get an overall view and give direction towards shared Hopes. It allows everybody to gently move to action and keep pace together.
, the transparency for everybody in concerns about safety, belonging and resilience helps everybody to build towards long lasting safety, belonging, and resilience plans. Over time the professionals gently fade out in the lives of parents and their children and the network feels confident and strengthened to take reasonability and accountability for the children that belong with them.
In honour of the teachings of Andrew Turnell.
